Die utilizes a state-of-the-art Counter Cutter and a CAD file to produce precut
phenolic or steel counters. These
products offer our customers a highly accurate cost effective alternative to
using matrix or cutting channels by hand. Our
counter cutter is also used for cutting and routing female stripping boards and
is capable of three dimensional cutting on many materials including wood,
plastic and metal.
